Refund Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 15 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must be returned in original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please reply to your order confirmation or email us at hi@wildcaptives.com. You will need to print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email and send all items back to us using the label provided. For items that have been lost or damaged in the mail, please reach out to hi@wildcaptives.com for a replacement or a refund.
