About

Wild Captives
Who we are

Your body knows more than your phone does.

Wild Captives is a modern scouting movement for people who are tired of being spectators in their own lives. We teach archery, foraging, navigation, firecraft, knot-tying, and more. The basic, lost, tactile skills that make you feel human and capable again.

It's the weight of a bow in your hand. The sting of cold water. The way your body remembers what your mind forgot. We build experiences that trade numbness for presence, where focus isn't something you force in a Zoom meeting, but something you feel humming in your chest as you line up a shot.

From our Brooklyn range to wilderness expeditions to gear built for doing, we're reconnecting city people to the skills that make them feel powerful, grounded, and part of the world again.
